The Schank
Classic traditional style with modern refinement
The Schank saloon was renovated in 2018, adding fresh polish to the historic character of the room. The exposed beams and traditional panelling were taken from an Upper Austrian Vierkanthof farmstead, where they dated back to the year 1738. The Schank is a true gem of traditional Austrian architecture, relocated to Restaurant Sailer and painstakingly reconstructed in the 1980s.
